Deadline for early registration and abstract submission extended to October 10!

To register, please fill out the form below. Online participation is free but registration is required. 

Please note: When submitting an abstract, you can indicate whether you would like to be considered for a poster presentation, a short oral presentation, or both. If you would like to present a poster, please select “Yes” for the poster presentation option, regardless of whether you also wish to be considered for a short oral presentation. Selecting “Yes” means that you will be able to present a poster whether or not your abstract is selected for a short talk. If selected for a short talk, you may therefore present your work both as a short oral presentation and as a poster. If you select “No” for the poster option, you will only present your work if your abstract is selected for a short oral presentation.

Abstracts submission deadline: October 10, 2026 (5:00 pm CEST)

Early-bird registration until October 10, 2026 (on-site attendance):

  • Normal rate: CHF 150
  • Student rate: CHF 90
  • Doctoral school rate (UNIL/EPFL/UNIGE): CHF 50
  • Low- and Middle-Income Countries rate: CHF 50

Late registration from October 10, 2026 (on-site attendance):

  • Normal rate: CHF 270 
  • Student rate: CHF 170
  • Low- and Middle-Income Countries rate: CHF 60

A limited number of submitted abstracts will be selected by the Program Committee for oral presentations. Oral presentations may be given on-site or online. If you select “Yes” for poster presentation, you will still present your poster if your abstract is also selected for an oral presentation. If you select “No” for poster presentation and your abstract is not selected for an oral presentation, your abstract will not be presented at the meeting.

There is no required template for abstract submissions. Abstracts should provide a clear and concise summary of the work to be presented, including the research question, approach, main findings and conclusions, as appropriate. We recommend keeping abstracts short. If you include references, please limit them to those essential to the abstract. Abstracts should be submitted in English. Please, do not forget your name. If you have trouble uploading your abstract, you can also send it to aurelie.lattion@epfl.ch
By submitting your dietary restrictions, you are consenting to the processing of your data for the organization of the catering. We will do our best to offer adapted meals at the conference.
